About

Built by people
who still have
skin in the game.

CleverAlpha Technology doesn't build tools for finance — it builds tools it uses every day to run regulated businesses. That's a different thing entirely.

The problem

Most financial technology is built by engineers who have never had to explain a Sharpe ratio to a nervous client, file a Form ADV, or run a compliance review at quarter-end.

The result is software that technically works but practically doesn't — built for a version of finance that exists in a product roadmap, not in an actual RIA or broker-dealer.

Our answer

CleverAlpha has been an SEC-registered investment adviser since 2016. We built our own internal tools because nothing in the market was good enough. Then we opened them up.

Every product we ship has been used in a real regulated environment first. No labs, no demos, no "coming soon." If it's here, it works — because we depend on it ourselves.

01

Dogfood everything

Every tool runs inside CleverAlpha before it ships. If it isn't good enough for us, it isn't good enough for you.

02

Compliance is a feature

SEC, FINRA, HIPAA, BIPA — built in from the start, not bolted on after a lawyer sends a note.

03

White-label or retail

Deploy under your brand or send clients direct. Both models work. Both are supported. You choose.

04

Zero implementation cost

We handle the technology and regulatory lift. Getting started costs nothing. Running it costs nothing extra.

Why we're building this now

AI changed what's possible in financial services overnight. But the firms that need it most — RIAs, broker-dealers, community banks — don't have engineering teams. They have compliance officers and client service reps trying to keep up.

We know that world. We live in it. CleverAlpha Technology exists to close the gap between what large institutions can build and what everyone else can actually use — without the seven-figure implementation cost, the 18-month rollout, or the vendor that disappears after the contract is signed.

Small team. Long track record. No adtech, no data brokerage, no dark patterns. Just tools we'd want to use — because we do.
